Please take note that the size you may wear in a gown is oftentimes a larger size than you wear in other clothing.
•At checkout please be aware you will be asked to provide your measurements so that we may use the designer specific size charts to best determine your size.We also request that you provide us with an accurate wear date, so that we can ensure that you will have the gown in your possession by the date of your event. Please understand that circumstances may arise where we must special order a gown to suit your order. In these cases, it may take as long as 3 to 6 months for us to obtain the gown you have chosen. Please note that verbal and e-mailed delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

•If we cannot acquire the gown of your choice by the time of your wear date, your payment may be refunded or transferred to another gown of your choice as soon as possible.
• All sale dresses are sold "as is". Formals XO is not responsible for any loose beading, appliques or any imperfections. Slight variations in fabric, beading, color variations, slubs in fabric are typical and can not be considered defective. Each dress is unique and individually hand-made and pictures shown online are not 100% exact to each dress. Because photographs are a fraction of the size of the actual dress, pictures can not show the exact details of each dress when seen in person. A dress may seem to have or not have beads, appliques, rhinestones, etc., in a photograph may have or have not once a dress is seen close up in person. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand your dress may be slightly different from the picture shown on our website.
•If a dress is damaged or ruined during shipping or if a different item from the style number, color and size on your order is sent please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
